What is Orientation Card
Consorzio Segway Tours & Rents and BIZCOM.it, with the purpose of letting eperience the thrill and ease of riding a Segway PT to everyone, activated the "Segway Orientation Card" program.
Segway Orientation Card is a Smart Card able to be read by Rental Authomated softwares, and an official "Segway Riding License", as it states that the subject performed a series of activities and tasks, named "Orientation" Training, introducing to the features and functions of the Segway PT.
The "Orientation" is a training session of about 40 minutes, which explores the following subjects:
- Step up and down off the Segway PT, keeping Platform level
- Recognize Speed Limiter,Warnings and other indicators and adequately respond
- Min/Max Weight Check
- Good Manners in Riding the Segway PT
- Live Practice, with focus on controlled stop and smooth, controlled, leaning turns
- Speed limiter
- Stick Shake Warning and Safety Shutdown.
Other Safety Instructions and Warnings, to avoid injuries or damages, and to experience safe ridings becoming a proficient user, are given during the Orientation Training.
After the Orientation Training is carried out, and the Orientation Card Application Form is completed, a valid temporary card will be issued to the Customer, within a Coupon Code to be used for discounts and promotional offers on www.segwayexperience.it and on BIZCOM.it websites network, including http://tours.bookingpoint.it
Segway Orientation Card will thus be shipped directly to the delivery address provided by the Customer in the Application form.
